We have a well-known/privileged legacy to manage, a legacy from the legendary Chef Karin Fransson.

With honour we will start our journey right there, but at the same time we want to make it a journey of our own. We will lift Öland in a sustainable and a tasty direction, where new and dynamic flavours will fill our new restaurant.
