We have a well-known legacy to manage, a legacy from the legendary Chef Karin Fransson.
With honour we will start our journey right there, but at the same time we want to make it a journey of our own.
Today we continue to preserve the culinary heritage and base our gastronomy on Öland’s supply of produce.
The nature of Öland is unique with it’s calcareous soils and flowering meadows. From here we get our inspiration and the essence of our kitchen.
From our own herb garden we get aromas and flavors that put its herbal touch on our dishes and with crativity we renew the Nordic cousine.
With our ingridients we want to reflect the variations of the seasons and Öland’s identity, our main goal being to create as delicious food as possible.
