OUR HERB GARDEN

The legendary chef Karin Fransson laid the first sod for what is today one of Sweden's most tasteful gardens. Close to a hundred different herbs are grown here, all of which leave their mark on the hotel's herb-scented gastronomy. Our signature today, just as much our heritage from the past. Herbs play the main role in our business and from the garden we have found inspiration for our interior design, flavors for our kitchen, scents for our tailor-made skin care products and, when the weather permits, a place for breakfast, drinks and a summer bistro. 

Welcome to hide away in our hidden oasis. 

As our guest, you always have access to the Herb Garden, with lovely patios & orangery, to enjoy breakfast in, or have a drink before dinner.

During the warm summer months, we open a summer bistro in the Herb Garden.
