Welcome to Hotell Borgholm's gastronomic world – a place where taste and tradition meet in a unique environment. Our hotel offers a variety of dining experiences, each created for enjoyment. In our dining room we serve a fixed 5-course dinner menu along with an À la carte menu. In our bar we serve snacks and light meals and in the summer we expand our service to our Herb Garden.
WE'RE TAKING A LITTLE BREAK...
…During winter 2025-2026 we will take a short break to develop and refine our concept. Therefore, take the opportunity to book your gastronomic visit to the dining room, which we will keep open until the Harvest Festival, the last weekend in September 2025.
On April 1, 2026, we will open our doors again – with renewed energy, refined details and the same care as always. Bookings for 2026 will open in early January when the concept, prices & opening hours are ready to be presented. We look forward to welcoming you guests to an even stronger and more memorable experience.
