Handicraft
Grain is a commodity that requires craft, skill and knowledge to tame. We base our product on Swedish grain from organic farmers and preferably from our immediate area. Öland's wheat plays a central role in our baked goods, and you will also find rye, barley, spelt, spelt, emmer and wheat in our range. And of course butter! Real churned butter from Swedish cows. Natural and the only way to bake a really tasty croissant, brioche or shortcrust pastry.
We strive to work with seasonal variation and with ecology as a basis, which is why most of our range is fermented with sourdough in a slow and natural way.
