In the restaurant at Hotell Borgholm, we are not satisfied with good food. A visit to us should be an extraordinary gastronomic experience. We start from the Öland Alvaret with its flora and fauna and based on that create a menu that cannot be found anywhere else.
In our restaurant we serve two different menus, Lilla- and Stora Alvaret. The dishes we serve are made to blend together into a greater taste experience and our hope is to take Restaurang Borgholm to a new level.
