A unique dining experience
In 2023, Hotell Borgholm opened the doors to its new restaurant. The dishes you find here are characterized by passion for flavors and a willingness to experiment. With the legacy of Karin Fransson behind us, we make our own interpretations of the classic cuisine and we call our cooking a gastronomic interpretation of the Öland Alvaret.
Tasting menus
In our dining room, we offer two different tasting menus, Stora and Lilla Alvaret. These menus have been created to challenge your taste buds and take the experience to the next level. All dishes are composed to highlight the other and have been created based on what the island has to offer.
We have also produced suitable wine packages from our own wine cellar at the hotel, so you can be sure that the drink highlights the food.
